Procedure for requesting notification of an instrument outside of normal business hours

1. Contact the Parliamentary Counsel.
2. If it is not possible or convenient to provide an electronic copy of the instrument to your Directorate’s authorised notification requesting officer you may email the document to PCO.
3. The following information is required with a notification request submitted by email. Please copy the text, insert into the email and complete the information.
